As a smaller non-profit, Alpha needed help generating and keeping track of the critical tools used to reach out to those in need and those wanting to help. When we first started working along side them, this meant generating multiple print pieces like brochures, folders, and mailers. In doing so we gave all the new materials a similar look and feel to start developing a visual brand standard to lend more credibility to the brand and make it easier for the team at Alpha to police it.

After we had worked through a handful of print pieces with them, Alpha approached us with a question about the future of the organization. For years they had been known as “Alpha Women’s Center” and focused primarily on helping women in crisis, providing a safe place for them to get resources, education, and counseling. But with increased donor support and growing needs in the community, Alpha was developing plans to open a Men’s Center and broaden the scope of their services to encompass the entire family unit. In order to accomplish we worked along side them to rework their name and logo in a way that wouldn’t alienate those they serve or confuse their supporters.
